Things worth knowing
Arrival and departure
Our check-in times are from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Please let us know if you will be arriving earlier or later.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 AM.
E-charging station
Our hotel has a wall box; please have it activated at the reception before using it.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed in our hotel on request and for a fee, but please not in the bed or on upholstered furniture. Out of consideration for other guests, we ask for your understanding that your four-legged friend is not allowed in the dining room and in the garden. He is welcome to keep you company on the terrace and in the living room. Other pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Smoking in the hotel
Smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel, as well as in the rooms and on the balcony. Of course, smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Visitor's tax
The visitor’s tax is not included in the room prices. It is €3.50 per person per day. Overnight stays by persons up to the end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 15 are not subject to the tax.
! The visitor’s tax will be increased from May 1, 2026 – EUR 5,- per person per day
Parking
Sufficient free parking spaces are available directly at the hotel. We do not have garages.
Cancellations
We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance, as we may refer to the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry in the event of a cancellation and costs may be incurred.
The following scale applies according to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry: 3 – 1 month before the day of arrival – 40%, 1 month to 1 week before the day of arrival – 70%, in the last week – 90%, on the day of arrival – 100%.
