Finnish Sauna
The classic, hot sweat cabin with 80 to 100 °C and very low humidity of 10% to 20% is beneficial for body and mind. The high temperatures stimulate sweating and blood circulation. Saunas are good for the skin, and the alternation of warm and cold, followed by a cold shower, strengthens the immune system.

Bio Sauna
Due to the lower temperatures of approximately 60 °C, the bio sauna is gentler on the circulatory system than the Finnish sauna. You can stay there for up to 30 minutes, making it ideal for sauna beginners, children, the elderly, and individuals with circulatory problems or heat sensitivity.
Physiotherm Infrared Cabin
An infrared cabin directly warms the body with heat rays at a pleasant 40 to 60 °C, instead of primarily heating the air. This allows the rays to penetrate deeper tissue layers and trigger various positive effects in the body. The deep heat dilates blood vessels, promotes microcirculation, and loosens tense muscles. This helps with back pain, muscle soreness, osteoarthritis, or rheumatic complaints. Metabolism is stimulated, which increases the supply of oxygen and nutrients to cells. The gentle overheating of the body (similar to an artificial fever) can activate the immune system’s defense function.

Hydrosoft Private Spa Infrared Steam Cabin
Thanks to the ideal balance between gentle infrared heat for detoxifying, feel-good sweating and Hydrosoft water vapor for inhalation, the immune system is strengthened, giving viruses and bacteria little chance to spread further. Hydrosoft ensures pleasant hyperthermia, which stimulates and activates the body’s self-healing powers in the most natural way. A blessing for the respiratory tract, bronchi, lungs, heart, back, skin, and of course, for the psyche! And all this in a separate room where you can be completely by yourself.
Relaxation Area
Loungers and benches for relaxing after sweating are, of course, a must. A pleasant conversation or two with friendly people also contributes to overall well-being.

A Special Highlight
When the weather is nice in summer, we move our wellness area outdoors into our large garden. Relax by the beautiful biotope, and if you want to do something good for your muscles after hiking, there is a sauna in a traditional log cabin made of solid pine.
