GUEST CARD

You can get this at reception, which allows free use of buses in the Seefeld region. Additionally, our guests receive free admission to the Leutascher Alpenbad for 4 hours per day.

DOGS IN THE HOTEL

Your furry friends are of course very welcome with prior registration, but please not on upholstered furniture or in the bed. We also ask you to observe a few other small points. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, in the garden around the pond, or around the sauna. They are welcome to join you in the lounge and on the terrace.

REPAIRS

Should a small repair be necessary in your room, please inform us. Small damages are often unnoticed, and we are very grateful for a report.

SAFE

You can get the key for the safe in your room at reception. Money and valuables not kept in the safe are not insured, and we cannot accept liability for them. Please do not forget to return the safe key (and, of course, the room key) upon departure.

SAUNA

Our sauna is open from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM. You can reach it via the rear staircase (1st floor between rooms 14 and 15). In good weather, we only use the garden sauna. Towels are available in the respective sauna area.

SKI ROOM or BIKE ROOM

This is located on the side of the hotel. You are welcome to store your bikes and/or hiking gear there. We assume no liability for stored goods. You can lock and unlock the ski room with your room key.

KEY

Your room key opens your room, the ski room, and the front door. Please always take your key with you if you go out in the evening.

TELEPHONE

For outgoing calls, you must have the telephone activated at reception. You can always make internal calls. You can reach reception by dialing 9; other room numbers are dialed in hundreds – 1st floor: 101 – 117, 2nd floor: 221 – 236

TIPS

Our staff are very happy if you leave a small reward for satisfactory service. You are welcome to give tips directly to the staff or “feed” the communal piggy bank at reception.

EARLY DEPARTURE

Early departures or late arrivals disrupt our arrangements, as we had, of course, planned for your reservation. Therefore, please understand if we have to charge you for the unfulfilled reservation period according to Austrian hotel regulations.

WIRELESS LAN

Free internet access via Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

ROOM CLEANING

It has become customary for towels in hotel rooms to be changed only upon request. If you would like fresh ones, please simply place your used towels on the bathroom floor, and they will be exchanged.

You also have the option to cancel room cleaning for one or more days. We have door hangers for this in the rooms. If you do not want cleaning or wish not to be disturbed, simply hang this notice on the outside of your room door.
